About This Retreat
This Exquisite Body, Body Image & Mindful Eating retreat works with participants to support them in achieving a healthy relationship with food and to accept themselves and their bodies in their natural form. The central focus of the retreat is for participants to feel heard and understood in their struggles around body image and food. The retreat facilitators focus on balancing the following aspects; introducing practical skills around mindful eating, in depth exploration around body image and experiential exercises that foster participant’s reflection on their past, present and future. The retreat aims to encourage participants to develop a long-term, sustainable and healthy relationship with food, by concentrating on the underlying reasons of why and how you eat – rather that what you eat.
